Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed through the qorvital.com webshop between Qorvital, owner Mevlüt Tok (hereinafter: we) and consumers.

The product presentation in the webshop is not a binding offer. By submitting the order form you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email and send you the payment details.

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payment is exclusively by bank transfer in advance. You will receive the payment details by email. Please transfer the amount within 7 days; otherwise we may cancel the order.

We ship after receipt of payment. Delivery is free of shipping costs unless stated otherwise during the order process.

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

The statutory warranty rights apply.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in force.
