Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Qorvital, Mevlüt Tok, Breslauer Str. 33, 73730 Esslingen am Neckar, Germany, email: info@qorvital.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned them.

You must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code). This applies in particular to opened serum bottles.
